How do I care for my Ziyaana Gems?

To keep your Gemstone jewelry looking its best and to extend its lifespan, here are some tips on how to take care for them:

1. Avoid exposure to water and moisture: This applies to our products with an elastic jewelry cord. 

2. Avoid exposure to chemicals: Many chemicals, including household cleaners, perfumes, and hairsprays, can damage or discolor Gemstones. It's best to remove your Gemstone jewelry before using any chemical products.

3. Store them properly: When you're not wearing your gemstone jewelry, it's important to store them properly to prevent damage and tangling. You can store them in the Ziyaana packaging box or hang them on a jewelry organizer.

4. Clean them regularly: Over time, dirt, oil, and other debris can build up on Gemstone jewelry, dulling their shine and beauty. To clean them, simply use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away any dirt and grime.

5. Handle them gently:

  • All products: Gemstones can be delicate and can scratch or chip if they're not handled gently. To avoid damaging your Gemstone jewelry, handle them carefully and avoid dropping them or knocking them against hard surfaces. 
  • Necklaces: Handle your necklace delicately, especially if it contains fragile Gemstones or intricate detailing. Avoid pulling or tugging on the chain or clasps to prevent breakage. When putting on or removing the necklace, do so gently to avoid bending or kinking the chain.

Will the Gemstones look the same as the product picture on the website or social media pages?

Please note that each of our Gemstones is naturally formed, making them unique in their colors and forms. As a result, there may be slight variations in color and shape between individual Gemstones compared to the one shown on our website or social media pages. Rest assured that our dedicated quality team meticulously inspects every Gemstone jewelry piece during the order processing stage to ensure that it meets our high standards. We strive to deliver products that are free from defects and material differences from our product pictures.

Do you take special orders?

Absolutely! Whether you're hosting a bridal shower, bachelor or bachelorette party, a yoga/meditation event or a special occasion of any type, we are thrilled to create something unique and memorable for you and your guests. Please keep in mind that custom orders may necessitate additional processing time, especially for larger quantities. We look forward to crafting something extraordinary for your special occasion.

How long does a Pre-Order item take?

If the Gemstone item you would like to purchase is not available, you have the option to "Pre-order". The processing time to pre-order can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days.

We do not provide discounts for bulk orders.
